2019 has been a fantastic year for all of us at Rock Tree Surgeons and we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers, old and new, for making it so memorable.
As the year comes to a close and we all start to prepare for the Christmas period, we thought it would be a great time for our tree surgeons to reflect on some of the highlights from this year.
Website Launch
At the start of the year we launched our website, which has allowed us to reach new customers all across the North West. Prior to this we carried out jobs more locally to us, in the Stalybridge and Glossop area, acquiring new business from recommendations, local businesses and our offline advertising (flyers and newspaper adverts).
Launching the website not only increased our business but allowed us a place to share our expertise in tree surgery, what we’ve been up to and any recent developments in the industry. We will be posting plenty more in 2020, so keep your eyes peeled.
Countless Amount of Jobs
As well as the website bringing in new jobs for us, the amount of recommendations we’ve had this year have sky-rocketed. We have so many happy customers who are impressed with the speed, quality and care we put in to our work that they’ve been passing on our details and for that we are incredibly grateful.
We’ve worked on everything from pruning jobs, hedge trimming and garden maintenance, through to the bigger, sometimes challenging jobs like tree felling and stump removal. Next year we are hoping to break a new record and work on our tallest tree yet (we will let you know when we find it).
New Team Members
As part of our growth we have welcomed new members to the team and have loved having them on-board. We can’t wait to work on even more jobs with them in the New Year and of course, we are also loving having the extra company.
New Services Launched
We go above and beyond for our customers and usually carry out additional services, even if it isn’t one we typically provide. If you’re ever in doubt, just ask, as we love getting stuck in and can more than likely help you with whatever you need. A request that cropped up a lot was how to go about, or deal with TPO Applications, so this is a service we now fully offer and can help you with all of your requirements.
New Equipment
We treated ourselves to some new state of the art equipment this year; a stump grinder! Yes, we know, it might not sound that exciting to you, but we were pretty chuffed with it. We’re calling it an early Christmas present to ourselves!
Providing a Service We’re Proud Of
Finally, above all else this year we are proud to have continued offering a 5 star service that all of us here are proud of. We regular check our reviews on Check A Trade to see if there is anything we can do better and always strive to improve where we can. We will be going in to the New Year knowing we have done a great job, met many new happy customers and become even more experienced tree surgeons.
