Tree felling and removal should be carried out by a registered tree surgeon, due to the complexities that can be involved. Tree removal often takes place in tight or difficult surroundings and the right tools an expertise need to be used in order to dismantle trees in a safe and manageable way.
TPOs (Tree Protection Orders) could also be in place, so it’s important this is checked before starting any sort of tree felling.
Whilst removing trees is something we like to avoid wherever possible, we understand that there can be many reasons for needing to remove a tree, such as death, or structures being compromised. Our responsibility to protect the natural environment means when we can, we will plant a new tree in the place of the one that’s been removed. We also use any remains of the tree, either donating it to local wood users or turning the remains in to materials that can be used for a variety of tasks, such as weed surpression.
Once the tree has been removed, many customers also use our tree stump removal services, which involves grinding away the stump and covering it in dirt until it eventually decays.
